The website collects personal data in two ways only.

• The enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we receive the name, company, country, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message you enter, together with the time of submission, and any material and quantity details you choose to add. Telephone number, material and quantity are optional.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information about each request, such as the IP address, browser type, requested page and time. This is used to keep the site secure and available.

The website does not use analytics services, advertising trackers or profiling of any kind.

• To answer your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare a proposal for a project, equipment supply, material sourcing or consulting engagement.
• To keep a record of the enquiry as part of our normal business correspondence.
• To keep the website secure and to diagnose faults.

We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not send marketing email on the basis of an enquiry.

• Our staff in the engineering, equipment or sourcing team that handles the subject of your enquiry, including staff at our branches where the enquiry concerns their country.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the website and the server that receives the form.
• Our email delivery provider, which forwards the enquiry to our mailbox.

These providers process the data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

The Contact page can show a map of our headquarters provided by Google Maps. The map is not loaded until you choose to load it. Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence, and are deleted when they are no longer needed for those purposes. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short, fixed period and then discarded.

The website and its server run on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which may be located outside the United Arab Emirates. Enquiries are delivered to our mailbox in the UAE. Where data leaves the country of collection it is protected by contractual safeguards with the provider.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to info@api-pharma.net. We will answer within a reasonable time and without charge, and we may need to confirm your identity first.

The website is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are validated on our server before they are forwarded, and access to the mailbox that receives them is limited to the staff who need it.
